Independent U.K Singer/Songwriter ‘Emma Blakk’ releases her first EP “Council Block Dreamer” for FREE DOWNLOAD

Written entirely by Blakk herself, Council Block Dreamer is a collection of songs detailing her life and career thus far. With production primarily from Jordan Crisp (and additional production from OD Hunte & Lockz) the pair spent much of their time establishing a unique working relationship likened to those of Emeli Sandé & Naughty Boy and Ellie Goulding & Starsmith. Council Block Dreamer is the first of a number of independent releases, more of which are expected in 2013.

Still in the early stages of her musical journey, Blakk has already performed at a number of popular live music shows across London including Knew Knowledge & Music Is My Drug in east London and the highly regarded Milly’s World in Camden. To date, she has received strong support from BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ CJ Beatz as well as online support from SBTV, Link Up TV, Urban Development and Soul Culture.
