It’s funny, I remember Dr Dre talking about making ‘Detox’ around the same time Kanye released ‘The College Dropout’ …that was in 2004 yo!
Since then Kanye has probably had the most consistent running streak in Hip Hop History with 5 consecutive classic albums & Dr Dre has struggled to get off the starting line : (

How did we get here!? Why is Eminem crying & why is Dre talking about Slim Shady being the only one there for him? From what I saw T.I., Nas, Jay Z, Snoop & Akon were trying to help him get back on too. My biggest problem though is how generic the song sounds! Dre how could you stoop so low man! This is by far the biggest disappointment in Hip Hop History, even bigger than when Ma$e dropped ‘Double Up’ & we all know how that weed tray came out.
Big up Alex the Kid though, keep cashing those cheques brother!
